We offer two shipping options to meet your delivery needs:
Standard Shipping
- Cost: Free shipping on orders with standard shipping (discount automatically applied at checkout)
Expedited Shipping
- Cost: $26 flat rate for all orders
- Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak periods (e.g., holidays, promotions)
DELIVERY REGIONS
We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- Germany
- France
- Italy
- Spain
We do not ship to countries or regions that are restricted by international shipping regulations or trade sanctions.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within the timeframe below. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Order Processing Time: 2–5 business days
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days after dispatch
Expedited Shipping: 4–7 business days after dispatch
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become available.
You can also track your order directly by logging into your account at wigslaceus.com.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Taxes: All product prices displayed on our website include applicable sales taxes based on the shipping destination. No additional taxes will be collected at delivery.
Customs & Import Fees:
For international orders, customs clearance processes may cause delays.
Any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for any customs delays or charges once the package leaves our facility.
IMPORTANT NOTES
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases at this time.
If your shipment is delayed or lost due to courier issues, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.
